Our Terms of Service

Welcome to Evera.

Evera provides a mobile and web application (the “Service”) that helps families organize health-related information, appointments, medications, documents, and reminders (the “App”). By using the App or consenting to these Terms, you (“you”, “User”, “Family Owner” “Care Circle Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for Evera. By registering and using the App you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. If you are inviting family members, you represent that they are appropriate to share this service under your account.

Account Registration and Responsibility. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and care circle code and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may invite family members to your Family account; you remain responsible for their activity under the account and must ensure they comply with these Terms.

Service Description. Evera allows you to: create a Family account and add multiple family members to manage; add providers, appointments, medications, preventive care tasks, documents, and insurance info; share access with invited family members; receive reminders and notifications; store and access your health data.

Payment and Subscription. If you elect a paid subscription (the “Premium” plan), you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Settings page; cancellation will apply at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds unless required by law. We may change pricing upon notice to you; if you do not cancel, you consent to the new pricing.

Termination. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. After termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Privacy. Your data is stored on secure servers and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evera (and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, your health decisions, or inability to use the App. Evera is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice. The App is for organizational purposes only; you should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis and treatment.

Medical Disclaimer. Evera helps you organize and track health-related information but does not replace medical professionals or clinical systems. You agree that you will not rely solely on the App for any healthcare decisions. Always seek professional medical advice.

Changes to Service and Terms. We may update or modify the App, change features, pricing, or policies. We will notify you of material changes and post the revised Terms with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Georgia, USA law. Any disputes will be adjudicated in the state/country courts where Evera is based.
